March 31, 2020: COVID-19 Update for Village Park Baptist Church

Village Park Baptist Church continues to seek to do our part in combating the current COVID-19 crisis in the country, by suspending our regular weekly gatherings and instead broadcasting them via Facebook.  Due to the government recommendations, we are continuing with this format at least through the end of April or until further notice.  While we trust our sovereign God to watch over us and bring about His perfect will in the present turmoil, we also acknowledge our responsibility to submit to our governing authorities and their recommendations for protecting the health of as many people as possible.  At this time, among those recommendations is to “avoid gathering in groups of more than ten people.”  Please log in to our livestream services on our Facebook Page: facebook.com/villageparkbaptistchurchThis includes our Wednesday evening Bible study at 6:30 p.m. along with our Lord’s day morning Bible class at 9:00 a.m. and our regular worship service at 10:00 a.m.  We encourage you to tune in at these times or check back later to watch the Facebook posts.  Please continue to pray for our nation and the world, that God would be pleased to bring an end to the present crisis for His glory and in His time, as we take every opportunity to proclaim the hope of salvation for anxious and fearful people, through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Since giving is a part of our worship to God as we express our trust in Him (Luke 6:38), we invite you to send your offerings by mail to the church address: Village Park Baptist Church, 55 Canyon Diablo Rd. Sedona, AZ 86351

For the glory of God and the honor of Christ and His church,

Pastor George Bonsangue Jr.
